beginning vsual c# 2005 OR professional c# 2005
hello,
i m a student and want to learn c# to submit a college project
i m confused over which edtion of wrox c# 2005 edition to buy.. i have studied " c# with public beta" by" Karli Watson " and i found it useful
....... now i want to move on to .net 2.0
..i have seen "professional c# 2005 "version and i think its little difficult at this time..
..it also lacks in proper informative examples (except asp.net section).
it contains a lot of stuff that i think is not needed at this stage
for example- ado.net using stored procedures
i want to know if "beginning visual c# 2005" will be more helpful in explaining concepts through proper examples , is it simple enough to be understood by novice programmers
like me.
i hav college level experience of programming in c,c++(little bit of core java)
please help me in choosing the right book. i m really confused. can i proceed with professional version
