Nope, it doesn't.

There used to be a "pure VB Script upload" file that came as close as possible to a "component". Maybe Google has a better memory than I do: http://www.google.nl/#hl=nl&source=h...d+VBScript+asp&

However, if possible, make use of a third party component. It will make things *a lot* easier.
