Default Issues with creating a BI Dashboard using SQL Azure and SharePoint

Hi,

I'm going through the example in the book called Creating a BI Dashboard using SQL Azure and SharePoint. I'm on step #12 on page 32 where I have to enter in the database server, database name, and select connect with Impersonated Custom Identity using MyAppID as the Secure Store Application ID. Whenever i enter everything into the form and then select OK i get the error "Cannot connect to the LobSystem (External System) 'administrator' is not a valid login name in this version of SQl Server."
Step #13 says that I was supposed to be prompted for my SQL Azure credentials even though I never am and just receive this error instead. It seems as if SharePoint already has login credentials stored. Is there a way to clear them out so that I can enter the credentials from the application ID that I created in order to mediate the handshake with SQL Azure in the previous steps?
