I don't understand your question. Page 10 of the book is blank, after the last page of Lesson 1 and before the first page of Lesson 2. Also, it's not clear what you mean by default view, in terms of whichever way you are accustomed to seeing the VBE.

Regarding windows inside the Object Browser, you can maximize them or close them as you would with any window.

If you need a macro to maximize the VBE itself, this would do that. Before running this code, check to be sure you've established a reference in the VBE to Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Extensibility 5.3.
