Default Executable after running debug.

Hi, I'm just starting this book, Enjoying it! Got a question though. In the first chapter it is mentioned that after running debug in VS, you can located the executable in Explorer and double click on it... but that won't work on "other machines". I am wondering, has this behavior changed in later versions of Visual Studio? When I double click on the executable, I get this:

"This application can only run in the context of an app container".
