Default use an online converter

Seems that there is no VB code. But I found an online converter C# to VB
http://converter.telerik.com/
Thus VB-Users can use the book and online-code too.

p.s.
Telerik online-converter seems to be very limited in possibilities.

So far the free-version converted everything.
