Crystal Report Problem

I've done a page that generates PDF file using crystal report. At first it works well, but after 3 or 4 days I got an error through accessing the report file. I never change my codes but I got this error message:
"Error in File C:\DOCUME~1\ITD_EX~1\ASPNET\LOCALS~1\Temp\temp_68fcbbdb-6fc3-49f9-8804-5bc233d0b764.rpt:
Access to report file denied. Another program may be using it."
I tried giving rights for aspnet account in that folder and tried restarting my pc. It works for about 4 to 5 tries, after that the error reappeared again. I am using VS.Net 2003 and I already patched it with .Net SP 1.1
Has anyone ever encountered this kind of problem?.. Your ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance =)
