App.xxx ONLY via API - Help !

Hello guys,
i'm making myown Win32 API dll, and i've the last problem to fix.
Anyone knows if is possible (and How) to retrieve all App.xxx data using ONLY Windows Standard API?
Example.
In VB6, in Immediate Windows, the command "? App.Title" returns "MyExe", and i can change this too.
I need exctly the same think but using only API...
