How to create this kind of application?

I need create a web application allow user to input hundreds records on the web sites and update the records to the database by clicking one ¡°Update¡± button. I do not want to use text box. Can I use table, Data Grid or other controls as the input fields? How to do it?

Are you using ASP or ASP.NET? Data Grid sounds like .net - try the .net area, this is the classic ASP area
