How to Read Oracle Data without Oracle being installed in the system?

I have a huge data in Oracle format (for Unix), obtained from a source outside the institute where I do my PhD. Our institute, unfortunately, does not have Oracle installed.
However, we have many other statistical softwares such as Access, sas, stata, gauss, limdep, microfit, etc..

I'm desperately looking for a way to Read Oracle Data without Oracle being installed in the system, using one of these softwares. PLease do mail me the exact code or atleast logic to do this.

Please do inform me at the earliest!

Hi,
If there is only one possiblity is there . That is to import in MS Access using oledb Provider.
   Try it.

Thanks
