Subject: List of Links

Is there an online list of all the links mentioned in this book?

If anybody out there is looking at this (this place looks kinda dead to me), I just typed up a list of almost all of the sites listed in the book. If this needs to be taken down for legal reasons, that's fine. I'm doing this really as a resource for myself, but it might be helpful to someone else.

This is really helpful, can't imagine any reason we'd need to take this down. Thanks for helping everyone else!

We've got a new editor here who's now assigned to this book, and I've made sure he's looking at this too.
