Doubt on Remote Scripting

I'm working on ASP Remote Scripting. I would like to know whether a Stored Procedure call can be made directly using remote scripting. Also i wanted to know whether it is possible to implement a COM object call using Remote Scriting. A string will be passed to the COM object which in turn returns an Array as the resultset.
