iframe refresh scrolls main page down

I have an issue with an iframe. The iframe contains a mortgage calculator from a vendor. When the calculate button is pressed it posts to the vendor's server and refreshes with updated information. Problem is (not really sure it is a problem but to me it behaves weird) when the iframe refreshes it will automatically scroll the main page down to the top of the iframe. Searched for some solution to prevent this to no avail. Any suggestions?
