Hi everyone,
All of a sudden I am getting a IE pop-up alert about an ActiveX control for Apple QuickTime on every page I visited at P2P.
Is this new? I searched the source but couldn't find anything related to quick time. I could allow it, but I don't want to.
Is there an external ad tool trying to load QuickTime movies on this site?

Imar: I'm not getting this behavior and I'm not aware of any QuickTime ads. I'll ask around and see what I find.

I am viewing the site with IE 7 beta, which has a lot of paranoia features turned on by default...
I can easily ignore the message for good, or add p2p.wrox.com to my trusted sites, but I can imagine a lot of other visitors with default settings get the same annoying message.
The golden "IE 7 warning bar" says:
This website wants to run the following add-on: 'The QuickTime Control allows you to view a wide ...' from Apple Computer, Inc (unverified publisher)

I think it's Google ads.... My own site is having the same issue right now and it's Google ads that the two sites have in common...
