how to use default SQL 2005 which come with .net. pls tell me how to create database and tables in that database in it.

This question is way too broad to answer here. Many books have been written about SQL Server 2005, so I don't think you should expect a solid answer to this question.

My suggestions: get a few books about SQL Server, like Beginning SQL Server 2005, use Google and read this: http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

thanks dear. can u tell me only one thing as we have enterprise manager in SQL2000

to manage table or database. have we any thing like this in SQL2005.

Yes, there is. It's called SQL Server Management Studio. It comes bundled with the commercial versions of SQL Server.

For the Express Edition, there is an edition called SQL Server Management Express.
