Does where you place your bookmark (#SomeName) in a querystring or part of a form action tag make adifference? I read they should always be first.
This does relate to http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=48650 post in some ways. That issue is solved however this came up as a suggestion when I was still looking for the solution. The suggestion was to always place the bookmark first, is this a rule?
