Hi, Guy's

 Iam Using an database for tracking the Inward and Outward..i.e. gatepass ..

  Which having the  field

 1. Gatepass No: , 2. Data : , Type of Gatepass (Returnable / Non-Returnable, 3. Reason: , 4. Name of the Equipment & Model , 5. Quantity..

 What i need i want to enter the Whole thinks in the access front and i want to get the report in an word ..

 i.e. in the word document i want to set the field which reflect the above in the three continues page (i.e. True Copy , Gate Copy, House Copy)

 When enter on record no. in access then the word give the gatepass number the report should be in the word ..i ill take the three printouts..

 If ur not able to understand.pls reply..
