I've followed the instructions online in the Chapter 5 "update" file, which is to replace "CMS.mdf", "Cms_log.LDF", and "web.config", and I still can't log in as "Administrator" with password of "Admin123#" (case important, I know)
The database seems accessable, because I can successfully bring up the "Articles" and "FAQ's" content.
Please help. Either help my login and password to work, or get me past the security.
Thanks

Hi there,
If the steps outlined in the errata and the new files don't work for you, you can easily get "past the security" by removing all the <location> elements from the web.config file.
Alternatively, you can use the Web Site Administration tool and create a new Administrator role and suer account.
Cheers,
