How to allow a normal textbox to accept images?

Hi, I'm totally nuts about creating web pages.
I would like to know where can i get or download free programs (If necessary) or what are the ways i can i do in order to make a textbox which allows the end user to be able to just paste images directly on the textbox field and still able to continue to type the paragraphs of text in the same textbox. This sounds totally like very flexible in a MS Office Words. I wonder about what Rich Text Command can do. However, what i need is to do this web page thing in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.
So, wondering who can help me out on my situation? Would really appreciate alot. ;)
