Hi, I just purchased the book and, per instructions in the preface, browsed the site for source code but couldn't locate any links. The book isn't even listed in 156 results on the "Browse Books for Code Downloads" section.
Could someone kindly point me in the direction of the source code?

That's a mistake in the preface, I'll get that corrected in the next printing sorry. All the code for the book is the DotNetNuke source itself, available from www.dotnetnuke.com.
Was there something else specific you were looking for?
