HOWTO: Write a file without Iuser Access?

Hello everyone, I really need some help!! :) I am currently creating rss feeds for every user on this site, but my problem is with security. I want to write these xml files to a secure folder, but I found that i cannot use the File system object because it requires Iuser Access to the folder i am writing to!!!! I get the "access denied" message. Any thoughts on this? Would writing a trigger to execute a script work in this sense? what is the best solution? any input would be greatly appreciated!
