Axys blowing out my server

Hi All,
I have Axys and Moxy(financial accouting systems) at my company and Microsoft server for Axys and Sql Server for Moxy. I have had problems with Axys bringing down my server and the error message always points to a time difference between the client and the server. Can anyone help?
