Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to go about making a program that reads the data out of a memory scanner, "barcode scanner." I've tried a couple different routes, but I don't think I'm getting anywhere. I've tried using WIA, but I'm not sure that's what I need. The scanner hooks up to a USB port via a serial adapter.
