Unknown Error "-1" when opening new website

Trying to following the Try it section in the Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 book.
When using VWD Express and going to File - New Website - picking the location and then Ok. I receive the following error:
Unknown Error "-1".
I have searched google and have not found anything regarding this.
I am able to open websites and open the default.aspx under WroxUnited.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi there,
Which Try It Out are you trying to follow?
Are you starting the example using the sample code for the beginning of that chapter in the download for the book? If you can give me a bit more info, we'll try and sort it out.

Sorry. I was doing the one in Chapter 1. I walked through Appendix B first and had no errors installing it.
I have it installed on another computer and it work, but it is not working on my laptop. I even tried uninstalling all of the components last night and redownloading everything. Still get the same error.
