How to get panel scroll value at run time

Hi
I have created a panel in C#. Then adding Some Control to that panel. and make autoScroll=true. When i click a control, i want panel to scroll and contol(those i have clicked) become the left control.
OR
I have scrolled my panel. but when i click on a button( that is on my form), that gives me message about scoroll position.
