logout not working in firefox

hi,
In firefox if i logout and then use browser back i am able to the that page......i used session.abandon() its working fine but the real problem is with the cache because <output cache location=none>
works well with ie but not with firefox plz help......i also tried wiht html meta tags cache control =no-cahe and so on but the problem persists
