Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Do any other users have the database open at that time?
If this is your database and you are the only one in the database, Have you opened the access database file anywhere else? If you have, is the default set-up as open in exclusive mode?
Check all of the avobe and I will check back with you tomorrow monday?
Make sure all other instances of access are closer. For now, if problem persist, try closing your databases and re-starting your computer.
