Help with VB.NET2003

I just loaded VB.NET2003 and when I open it to start a new Project, I name the new Project but when I go to open the form, I get an error that reads: AUTOMATION CAN NOT CREATE OBJECT. Can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong?
