Hello -
I'm very frustrated because the code from the "Beginning Python" book does not work in codeEditor. I'm trying to do the exercises from the book and my IF statements will not run - I keep getting syntax errors. I'm typing them in EXACTLY like the books shows in the Appendix, however they still will not run.
I beginning to think that I wasted my money on this book.
Anyone offer any help????????????????????????????????
Thanks

Hi Ave, I am also reading "Beginning Python" and i have no problems with my syntax. I am not using Python card as secified in the book, i am using Python 2.5 and it works perfectly.
All i can recommend is getting the most resent version of Python.
Hope i helped -Static
