Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I noticed that there aren't many people posting on this board and that scares me since I know I'm gonna need some help with this stuff.
I was doing good with the book until the chapter 3 exercises and was then totally lost when trying to do these on my own.
Anyway, thanks in advance for any help provided in the future. I'm gonna learn this even if it kills me.

Well, there *are* enough people reading the posts here, so feel free to post any problems you may have. After all, just one answer may be enough, right?
If you do post, please provide relevant code when available. Not everyone here has the book.
