Integrating HTML pages into Flash

Hi
I'm new to flash and all, but I think I can get this to work with a little help.. I used to have many html pages with all my content linked from html pages (to open into an iframe on the main page).. Now I have created a flash document with a menu that links to all the html pages..
I'm wondering if there's anyway that I can get the GetURL function in flash to open .html pages INSIDE flash.
For example, if I have a menu in a flash document that links to html pages, I don't want it to load the html page into the same browser (or into a new window), but rather into a little box within the flash document (just like an iframe).
Any help is appreciated!!

I just came across this article, and I believe there was somebody else whom was wanting to add HTML to flash,also. This article starts out with the basics of text in Flash then in some of the deeper sections goes into scrollable text fields, HTML and CSS.
