Hello everybody I am using SQL SERVER and I need to take backup of the database and also restore the backup. Please can anybody tell me how can I do that.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at the backup and restore reference articles on MSDN for the syntax necessary to backup and restore using T-SQL.
