Problem in sending arabic values in email using CD

Please help,
I have developed a page that remind the users who registered in my site with there passwords, sometimes they wrote the passwords in arabic when they registeres themselves and when someone want to remember his password I should send an email to his address carries the password but when this password was written in arabic it sent as question marks like this "????"
Can anyone help me solving this problem please.

you must set Encoding property to UTF
