I need to develop a page where I can pass in a phone number and have the number dialed via a .NET Web control. Does anyone know if such a control exists?

You're going to need to provide a little more information about what hardware you plan to use to do this in order for us to give you answers based on something other than assumptions.
What phone are you planning on dialing? A phone hooked up to the same line a modem is hooked up to? Perhaps you just need to interface with the modem and issue a dial command. Then you pick up the phone and the computer hangs up the modem.

I'd like to dial via the modem. The user would need to be connected with their NIC so the phone line would be open.
