Problem in exporting files in DSR

Hi,
I am using VB 6 and Crystal report 8.5 but my reports is in .DSR. But I have a problem when i want to export the report.When I click the export button nothing happened. For your info, the problem occured when I installed my application at my client side which run on Windows 2000 and it was ok at my development pc which run on NT 4.
Is there any DLLs missing or required by my report to run on Windows 2000?
Hope somebody can help me...please..:)
