If my website is www.mysite.com, and I have a directory called newsite or whatever, is there a way to type in the url as (www.mysite.com/newsite) and have the default page load up instead and typing (www.mysite.com/newsite/default.asp) if any one could help on this matter that would be great.
Thanks

It should do that by default in IIS. In IIS management you can specify what the default documents are, and in what order they should be. IIS is configure to use default.asp, default.htm and default.html. I think they are also in that order. You can add any default page you want. This setting applies to all subdirectories as well.
