Default Question about active directory users

So, I need to manage active directory users, i use directoryservices.dll and DirectoryEntry class to get the user's property but how i can to modify these properties (passwd, count status, etc)

how I connect to the object with privilegies of administration??
use this class (DirectoryEntry) to do this or other one way exist

..please help me..
