Default VBA winsock POP email client

Hi,

I'm a newbie in VB, I'd like to know whether it is possible to write a VBA code to retrieve emails from a POP server?

Does anyone have a sample VBA winsock email client that you could post here as I'm having problem with a VB sample codes that I downloaded from the Net; when I tried to run them using MS Access.

Appreciate any help available.

Thanks & best regards,
hooi
