Not without some plug in that might handle it for you, or using VB.NET. I have written code that obfuscates data using a random key generator and random decrements or vacilating increments and decrements. Here is my DOB:

173171173177171173181177181

This is stored in the table and then encrypted and decrypted by the forms and reports, so the user never knows the data is obfuscated. Then I turn the file into an MDE to hide the code.

Will this work for you? If so, I can share the code through a back channel. Try to decrypt my DOB. Here is a hint, the first unencrypted character is "1" and the last unencrypted character is "9".
