Default FileCopy permission problem

I have a VB.NET program which does a FileCopy to copy a file from one machine to another. When I run the .exe from the command prompt it works correctly.

When I run it as a scheduled job under SQLServer agent it gets an error (incorrect username or bad password).

Can anyone suggest what the problem is and how to fix it. Thanks

The User ID that the SQL Server Agent runs under needs rights on both machines. It's likely it doesn't have rights on the target machine.
