You might try contacting the lead author Simon Brown. It looks like he's written a later book based on this for another publisher, possibly he still has the old code. His blog:

You can check a mail box.
You have a link in your mail box and you can download all files and folders which I have found many years ago.
"Files will be stored till March 26, 2010, every download will prolong storage period for 30 days."

I think you looked at the "normal" code download page. However, at the top of that page there is a link to books "books formerly published by Wrox and Glasshaus" which takes you to the download page for the book you're looking for.
