Has anyone got the source code for 'Professional VB6 Web Programming'?
'Professional VB6 Web Programming' (ISBN 186100222X) seems to be one of the books that went to Apress (it's not in Willey/Wrox's list of books). I've asked Apress if they can send me the source code but have not yet received a reply.
