Default Problem with Database in "Beginning SQL 2008 Programming"

Hello, I just bought "Beginning Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Programming" and I am having a problem with the AdventureWorks2008 sample database I am suppose to be using with the book. I downloaded the sample database from the Wrox website, but it is not showing up in the SQL Server Management Studio. I checked the installed programs in Windows to make sure it installed correctly, and, sure enough, it IS in there. So, I really have no idea what is going on here. I am new to databases and SQL server; any help is appreciated. Thanks very much -- Jonny
