Default TCP Communication block, maximum connections reach

Iím using Apache Tomcat 5.5.17 on Java 1.5.0_07.

My java application is deployed on server, which is calling IIS hosted web service continuously.
Apache & IIS running on same machine.

After 5 hours, complete TCP communication is blocked. You cannot access system from outside. Then it is resolved only with reboot of machine. Nothing works on that machine that is making use of TCP.

Please find below the stack trace,

Hi, my application is experiencing the exact same problem with relatively few tomcat sessions. Have you resolved the root cause of this problem?
