Hello all,
I have a project coming up where we will move the back-end data from
Access(97) to Oracle. Due to user familiarity Access is the choice for
the front-end. I need to hear your experiences and recommendations for
this project. The client is a little 'twitchy' due to what I believe
is mis-information. I have had some success doing this before, what I
need is some uninvested testimony. TIA

Using Access as a front-end poses no problems.
I use Access 97 as the front end for many of our employees who must have
access to Oracle. I primarily gather the data via linked tables but ADO can
be used with no problem. As long as you have the ODBC drivers installed
everything will work fine.
