Greetings,

* Problem: Is there a way to include a large set of MS Word embedded

documents into a report so I don't have to manually assemble them into

the parts of the e-published document each goes into?

* Problem Background:

- I maintain the curriculum for a two-year training program. This

program is used in several locations around the country, and I e-publish

(Acrobat) it with several annual updates on a CD for each location, and

new locations as they're added. To manage the documentation, crunch

numbers, and build future programs, I have most of the data in Access

text and memo fields which are managed with menus.

- I have inherited over 100 MS Word documents, which I have embedded

into several Access tables for manageability until they are eventually

converted into Access text / memo field / report format. Presently I am

mixing the Access reports and the MS Word documents into a MS Binder to

page-number each notebook tab of the curriculum.

Thanks, Pete Walker
