After I split my Access 97 database, I either cannot bring up forms that 

have multiple subforms on them, or they come up, but I cannot use the 

combo boxes on the forms. I receive the following message:



"Can't open any more databases."



When I use the help button I get:



"ERROR 3048...Close one or more databases and try the operation again."



These problems only occur on forms with multiple subforms after the 

database has been split. The forms operate properly before the database is 

split.



Any suggestions?
