Where are the Runtime Files?

According to the book they should be on CD2 in the Runtime Folder.  I've 

looked on both CDs and can't find a Runtime Folder.

What I want to do is copy the files to my computer so they can be included 

using the P&D Wizard.

Does anyone know where they are and what files need to be included?
