Hi out there,



I am running a query in sql code, example: "Update tblTemp set 

tblTemp.myfield to "Q"; The field to update is text 6 chars. There are 

6810 records in the table to update. The query never finishes, I just have 

an hourglass. This query runs fine (less than 1 second) on my C: drive. I 

am on a Novell server. Does anyone have a clue?? There is .6 Gig of memory 

left on the drive.
