I've moved my DB to a front end and back end and am looking to move the 

front end ou to the user but don't know the best way to update the users.  

This is a work in progress and changes are coming every few days.  I read 

a post talking about putting afile on the back and front end which will 

check versions and Down load the new version if changes are made.  Any 

idea where the write ups are on this?
